Most of our distress is located in the sub-conscious mind which is reported to contain over 90% of the mind's activity. To rise above this conditioned unhappiness and to explore the higher reaches of the mind and heart has been my lifetime's journey.
Hypnosis is an easy way of relaxing the mind and with the client's consent, reprogramming the mind to let go of the negative aspects of our personalities. This negative conditioning gives rise to many troublesome conditions such as alcoholism, depression, phobias, loss of confidence, sleeplessness, anger, fear and anxiety.
So, I relax the conscious mind and suggest to the sub-conscious mind a more positive, hopeful and truthful view of ourselves.
